All of our dental memberships include emergency appointments (usually the same day), routine examinations and hygiene therapy (depending on level of plan taken out), clinically necessary small x-rays, 20% discount off most private fees, access to World Wide Assistance Scheme, and where applicable redundancy cover for up to 1 year as standard.

Yes, speak with your dentist about the change and they can prescribe a new plan. Please bear in mind that this could impact your oral health which could lead to further treatment

To qualify for the membership discount, we ask that you have paid for one full month of cover. To keep the discount, membership must be maintained for a minimum of 12 months.”**

You can cancel your membership at any time. However, if you have received a discount for treatment, you are required to remain a member for a minimum of 12 months. If you cancel before this period ends, the discount may no longer apply. We would always advise speaking to one of out lovely treatment coordinators who may be able to help.
*The Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme is a scheme established to offer support and assistance to dental plan patients who request treatment following a dental trauma and/or dental emergency or oral cancer. The Scheme responds to requests for assistance on a wholly discretionary basis. This means that, whilst the Scheme aims to provide benefits in most cases, it has no obligation to provide any benefit unless it first decides (in its sole and absolute discretion) that it should provide a benefit. There are some circumstances in which the Scheme is not designed to help and these are explained in more detail in the Scheme Handbook. Each request will be looked at individually to assess the request for benefit. Certain restrictions and limitations may apply in the event that the request is accepted and it is possible that the Scheme will decide to provide no benefit.
