Aamir joined the Soar Valley team in 2025 and it didn't take long for his personality to make an impression. Fun, friendly and permanently upbeat, Aamir brings the kind of positive energy that spreads throughout the practice. You'll often hear him singing as he moves around the building — and if he's not travelling solo, he'll probably be accompanied by Chloe, his beloved hygiene trolley, who has somehow acquired her own name and status within the team.

He’s passionate about helping patients keep their mouths healthy and making hygiene appointments feel relaxed, comfortable and refreshingly un-intimidating. With his warm, easy-going manner, he has a knack for putting people at ease and making even the most reluctant hygiene visitor feel comfortable in the chair.

And then there’s the singing.

You’ll quite often hear Aamir before you see him, with an impromptu soundtrack drifting out of his surgery. Whether anyone has actually requested the performance is another matter entirely.

Behind the big personality is someone who genuinely cares about his patients and loves being part of the team. His combination of good humour, positivity and a naturally reassuring manner makes him a very Soar Valley kind of hygienist.

Outside of work, Aamir is a die-hard Manchester United fan, a huge Ferrari F1 fan and regularly plays football. He also loves travelling, cars, good food and is a proud cat dad to his Ragdoll, Raffy. His nurses often joke that he knows a little about everything — something that actually helps him connect with his patients, as he can usually find a shared interest and strike up a conversation with just about anyone.
