Adnan joined the Soar Valley team in 2026 and very quickly became someone we were incredibly grateful to have around. Friendly, dependable and wonderfully easy-going, he settled into practice life effortlessly and has a naturally calm manner that immediately puts people at ease.

As a Dental Hygienist, Adnan is passionate about helping patients maintain healthy teeth and gums, but just as importantly, he wants people to feel comfortable while they're in his care. His friendly, approachable style means there's no judgement and no lectures — just practical advice, encouragement and plenty of support along the way.

His interest in healthcare actually extends well beyond the dental chair. Adnan has a particular fascination with public health and the bigger picture of how healthcare services work — so there's considerably more going on behind that calm exterior than he initially lets on!

Outside work, Adnan loves spending time with family and friends, travelling, discovering new places and — importantly, as far as we're concerned — trying the local food while he's there. He's always keen to experience something new and make the most of his time away from the surgery.

Ask his friends and colleagues to describe him and you'll hear the same things again and again: friendly, approachable and reliable. Having got to know him ourselves, we'd say that's pretty spot on.
